About Us

PR Investments Inc. is owned and operated by brothers Wade and Tim Probe.  In 1984 while farming, their father Don Probe Sr. purchased 2 distressed buildings in Moose Jaw containing 46 apartments. At the same time roughly 1985, a sister joined us 3 brothers in partnering to purchase a 6 unit rooming house in the Cathedral area which Wade agreed to live at and manage while going to University.  

We bought this building as a work in progress that needed to be turned into 6 separate apartments. We made it a coordinated effort and usually got together as a group on weekends to complete the work as diligent worker bees. Everyone lived in Regina and worked equally to accomplish all tasks. It soon became apparent these buildings would need full-time attention and with the assistance of Mr. Probe’s 4 sons, renovations to the buildings proved to be an unending project, working after hours, during any holidays from our full time occupations and while completing university degrees. 

These three buildings were the on hands education needed to build the foundation of PR Investments Inc. which was officially formed when brothers Tim and Wade joined forces in 1993. What started as a simple investment for retirement by Wade and Tim’s father has grown into a property management company that manages 425 suites located in Regina, Moose Jaw, Fort Qu’Appelle and Yorkton and employs 15 people plus subcontractors. This company has split up from the main stream basic apartment rental to offering regular suite rental, low Income rentals, condo rental, furnished 2^nd home stays,  new rental housing development and condo\rental split development for investers. We pride ourselves in being able to be competitive on our pricing to the level that our product and price are next to none in the city.

We offer an easy access, professional 9-5 office with a 24 hour emergency call in line to provide the best service and treat our clients as valued customers not just tenants. Knowing, that whatever we ask of our employees, we would and have done at sometime ourselves and still willing to assist on any job site and get our hands dirty if necessary. Much of the brother’s success is attributed to focusing on effective communication, being willing to discuss issues and treating everyone in the company as equals.
