Reservations

How do I book my rental suite?

It's simple. Simply give 2nd Home Suites a call at (306) 545-5455. If you prefer, send us an email with the dates you are considering and a representative will contact you. 

A nominal booking deposit may be required, and will be taken over the phone at the time of your reservervation confirmation.

What are your methods of payment?

Methods of payment include:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, debit, Company Cheque and Money Order.

For billing information or to inquire on invoicing terms please call our business office at (306) 545-5455 (Country code +1).

Do you require a damage deposit?

Payment of a damage deposit is required prior to taking posession of your 2nd Home Suite rental suite.  Amount varies based on the properties rental rate.

Deposits are refunded on checkout and confirmation of the rental suite.

What is the minimum stay?

Minimum length of stay is three days.

Rates vary based in length of stay ie, longer you stay, the less the daily rate.  Please give us a call at (306) 545-5455 to book your next 2nd home suite rental today!

Are utilities included in the price?

Yes, the only additional charge is long distance phone calls.

Are there any hidden or extra fees?

There are no hidden fees, charges or upfees when you rent an apartment or suite from 2nd Home Suites. 

Your quoted rate is what you pay + applicable sales tax where required.

Check In and Check Out

How do I check in/check out?

At 2nd Home Suites representative will meet you at the suite and provide you with keys. If you prefer, the rep can also pick you up at the airport.

When is check in/out time?

Check in time is at 1:00 PM.
Check out time is at 5:00 PM.

What if I decide to check out before my one week is over?

While we understand that plans change. However, you will be responsible for a minimum of one week stay and will be charged accordingly.

Can I be picked up and/or dropped off at the airport?

 Absolutely, one of the 2nd Home Suites representatives would be happy to pick you and/ or drop you off at the airport.

Is there free parking?

Yes, every 2nd Home Suite comes with free electrified parking?

Kitchen and Laundry

Are there cookware and dishes? What kitchen appliances are included?

The kitchens in each our suites is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. All suites include a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and blender.

Is there in-suite laundry?

Yes, each of our suites features a washer and dryer and also includes an iron and ironing board. You will need to supply your own laundry detergent and fabric softner.

Entertainment and Technology

Is there high speed internet?

Yes, each of our suites features high speed wifi internet.

Is there a phone?

 Yes, each suite has a telephone with free local calls. You will need to use a phone card to make long distance calls.

Is cable television included? Is there a DVD player?

Yes, each of our suites has a cable package with over with large flat screen televisions and DVD players included at each suite.

Fitness

Are there fitness facilities?

We do not have fitness facilities in our buildings, but we can recommend conveniently located gyms nearby that provide discounted rates to our clients.

Customer Service

What do I do if I have a problem or issue?

 Our 2nd Home Suites representatives are always available to help make your stay more comfortable.

If you have a problem or issue with the suite, we will immediately rectify it.

 

Our Rental Suites

Each of our newly-renovated one and two bedroom rental and executive suites are PRInvestments.jpgavailable on a three day, by the week or on a monthly basis. They all feature the comforts of home.
